The religious orders had owned lands and buildings on the Turin hill since the Middle Ages. assigned to the friars as a permanent residence. hand in the hands of upper middle class families from Turin and Moncalieri. The independent villa on all 4 sides has two small porches. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a living room, a study with fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen with laundry on the back and a guest bathroom. bed 3 bathrooms and a wardrobe with windows. The house has an attic and a wine cellar. The floors are in antique terracotta, the coffered ceilings are in perfect condition.
