A small retreat, a nest where we can spend moments of tranquility, spend the summer in the freso of the mountain or enjoy the snow in winter: sometimes we do not need a big house, instead, sometimes a small home is convenient, which involves very small commitments and which we can comfortably manage at all times.
This house, located on the second floor of a small condominium consisting of only 6 units, enjoys independent access from an external staircase. Living area with fireplace, kitchenette, small hallway, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a small single bedroom.
Outside, a piece of garden where you can eat outside in summer, have a barbecue, or simply relax in the shade of the wonderful beech trees of Doganaccia.

The current state of the house is habitable; re-roofing work will be done at the sellers' expense.

Internally, some modernization works would make it possible to create a very nice and functional environment, also greatly improving the value of the property. However, these are not urgent works in terms of the habitability of the house.
