Country house, to be refurbished, 280 m², San Piero, Castelnuovo Berardenga

In magnificent hillside position from which we can admire some of the most beautiful views of Chianti Classico, surrounded by qiuete but not far from the most important services, beautiful original Tuscan farmhouse on 3 levels totaling 280 square meters in the middle of its own garden and land for over 20,000 square meters. You get there via a very convenient road and if we go to dinner in Piazza del Campo in Siena or to do a tasting at Castello di Brolio in both cases in 10 minutes by car we arrive. The farmhouse has around it a beautiful completely flat land in the arrival area that slopes gently down past the property and becomes an olive grove with about 300 plants that provide us with an excellent oil. Every window of the farmhouse gives us a different and wonderful view. The house is in need of renovation and we can do it according to one's needs following personal taste in the choice of materials and interior finishes. We can expand the size of the house and make a nice swimming pool by carefully following the regulations of the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Outside the house we find a terrace in a panoramic position, an old oven, a parade for the shelter of wood and a pool for the collection of water.
