When you enter you find yourself in a large living room, from which you have a total lake view. The large French windows, the light colors of the finishes and furnishings and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and the lake offer to the guests of this residence. The living room is divided into a sitting area and a reading area, which leads to the dining area and the open kitchen, all with a lake view from almost every point. When entering the sleeping area, on the left side you will find the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a small terrace. on the right side of the corridor we find a double bedroom and a master room with private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The south-east side of the house, the one facing the lake, is served in its entirety by a large terrace from which you dominate the lake and from which you can also enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the port behind it.
