In the beautiful seaside and tourist resort of Balestrate, a few km from Palermo, we offer a 2-room APARTMENT used as a furnished holiday home, complete with air conditioning and washing machine.
We offer weekly or weekend rental and varies according to the period. From April to June 45 euros per person while 25 euros for a child from 2 years to 9 years; from July to September €60 per person.
Ideal for a couple with a small child who wishes to spend both a summer and winter holiday just a few minutes from the sea and the tourist resorts: Castellamare del Golfo. Scopello, San Vito.
Balestrate offers a very long coastline and an immense beach that extends to the nearby Alcamo Marina and Castellamare del Golfo.

The beach is equipped with its beaches equipped with bars, sandwich shops and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish.

The apartment consists of a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and a coffee machine.

Balestrate is the ideal destination for many tourists of different nationalities thanks to the presence of the tourist port and is famous for its beautiful and evocative sunset views. Every year the patronal feasts of the Madonna del Ponte are organized around April 25th. the feast of St. Joseph in the month of March, the feast of St. Peter in the month of August and the very famous winter and summer Carnival with the parades of allegorical floats.
And also the mango festival in September as Balestrate is the place with the greatest production of this exotic fruit thanks to the warm temperatures.

The daily rate is calculated for the couple and for 2 beds to which a bed for a child can be added.
