The farmhouse is excellent for creating a farmhouse or other tourist structure, it has 1200 square meters of covered space of which 700 have been totally renovated, another 500 have been partially renovated and prepared to create other rooms with bathroom or other small apartments.

*The infernot (UNESCO HERITAGE), are used for the domestic conservation of bottles and represent true works of art linked to popular "know-how" . A common characteristic of cellars and hells is the absence of light and direct ventilation. The infernòt, however, is distinguished from the actual cellar, compared to which it generally occupies a lower position and performs a subsidiary function, concentrated on the conservation of the bottled wine. The infernòt were almost all built by farmers or quarrymen.
