A single-family villa in the countryside adjacent to the city of Augusta, an atmosphere of rationality, in which the explicit search for elegance and the poetic intent of the architecture are recognised.

We are in Cda Falà, near the road connection between Augusta and Brucoli.

The project expresses refinement, a parallelepiped in which the volumetric structure tells of contrasts, of interweavings, joints, of slippages that innervate the composition.
The basic parallelepiped fractures and recomposes, through the evident articulations of the walls and the expansion of the terraces on the first floor.
In the compositional process, a residence is configured on two floor levels.

On the ground floor, the living room, entrance, lounge and kitchen/dining areas are divided by materials , openings and colors that energize the environments and differentiate their functional values, the qualities of partial privacy or common gathering.

The resulting articulation does not interfere with the passage of light that flows and flows into the environments from the side windows that open concentrated in the living and conversation space between the dining room and the kitchen and where there is a wood stove for an enchanting atmosphere on winter evenings.

Also on the ground floor we find: a double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor, on the which is accessed via an elegant and comfortable staircase, we find three bedrooms, a large bathroom and three terraces.

The exterior of the Villa is a true pleasure park, adorned with plants and trees and crossed by an entrance avenue, a pedestrian and vehicular path, covered with colored granulate.
