The territory of the province of Parma presents itself as a varied landscape, ranging from the plain lapped by the Po to the hills with gentle slopes up to the valleys, a land where different cultures come together that originate from different territories, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Liguria. It is therefore a border land that has always been an important crossroads of roads and people. This makes it an area rich in history, culture, natural beauty, flavors and art in which customs and traditions of three Italian regions are based.
This land famous for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, boasts unparalleled gastronomic products such as the mushroom porcini mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts. The stone villages and medieval parish churches make this area, rich in history, a singular place. The property we want to tell you about is located in this context, just a few kilometers away from Borgo Val di Taro. The properties have been the subject of careful transformation and renovation. Around the house there are various corners where it is possible to rest in the shade of a pergola with a variety of fruit trees, wisteria, hydrangeas, ranging up to the swimming pool around which it is possible to sunbathe in absolute privacy. The building is composed of an original stone part, on three levels; during the renovation phase, the building was expanded to reach a surface area of approximately 990 square meters whose spatial distribution makes us imagine different uses: from residential to hospitality.
