- Two photovoltaic plants with respective powers of 39.79 kwp and 69 Kwp
- Office machinery, plant and equipment for use in the workplace
- Motor vehicles
- Lifting equipment
- Application software
- Patents and development activities
- Inventories (raw materials - semi-finished products - finished products)
- Termination of employment
- Other liabilities to employees.

All possible bidders, except those who by law are not admitted to the sale, after registering on www.gobidreal.it, must fill in the participation form and send it back signed, for acceptance of the conditions proposed, to the following address gobidreal@pec.it together with the required documentation.
