Invorio (Invô in Piedmontese) is an Italian municipality of 4,310 inhabitants in the province of Novara in Piedmont, founded in 1928 from the aggregation of the suppressed municipality of Invorio Superiore to that of Invorio Inferiore, which took on its current name. The municipality of Invorio is located in Piedmont on the border of the lower Vergante and, for this reason, it is also called "Porta del Vergante". Its territory, which extends in the northern part of the province of Novara, is mainly covered by woods (approximately 65%) and is mostly hilly[5]. The hamlets of Invorio are: Barquedo, Invorio Superiore, Mescia, Mornerona, Orio and Talonno.
