Valpelline:
The first people, even if there is little certain information about them, spoken of in Valpelline is that of the Salassi, who occupied the entire Valle d'Aosta before the 4th century BC, dedicating themselves mainly to the extraction of gold and creating a thriving trade across the Alpine passes.
A few steps from the town hall we offer an apartment in a detached house with independent entrance, balcony, cellar, large garage and private garden.
The property is internally composed of a tavern with fireplace, storage with laundry on the ground floor; living room with kitchen, hallway, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
The heating is independent with wood and electric.
The apartment is easily accessible both from an external staircase, located adjacent to the garden, and from an internal staircase. The garage is on the street level and from inside there is access to the cellar located on the lower floor.
Among meadows and orchards, at 960 meters above sea level, Valpelline is the town from which the whole valley takes its name.--318ecab9195091b1492fc05a4a62fea8!
