The property is isolated, with few neighbors, but it is located a short distance from Capalbio, the charming medieval village located on a hill and only 7 km from the sea. The residence can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, with a maximum of 12 guests allowed, including the annex for staff.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room, a kitchen, an indoor and outdoor dining room, a large covered outdoor living room, a laundry room and an apartment for service personnel.
The first floor houses four bedrooms with private bathrooms, while on the ground floor there is an annex with two en suite bedrooms. All surrounded by a beautiful typical Mediterranean garden with its swimming pool and a tennis court, in 55 hectares of olive trees and vineyards. Among the services offered are air conditioning in all rooms on the first floor, WiFi connection in the main house, TV and stereo.
The available staff will include a full-time pool gardener six days a week and a governess responsible for cleaning and cooking on a fixed schedule. The linen will be changed once a week, but at the request of guests, an additional local dry cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.
