It is a site of interest Geo-Paleontological, a highly fossiliferous area, which is part of the deposits of the Piedmont Tertiary Basin, PTB, (Oligocene superior 33.9-23 million years ago).
It is located in an isolated position, reachable only by dirt roads, the shortest is about 1.6 km from the main road nº 205, asphalted.
It is about 18 km (about 30 minutes) from the Ovada motorway exit, and 12 km (about 23 minutes) from Acqui Terme.
The farmhouse is externally in sandstone and terracotta bricks, inside the works are in a rough state, completely to create the interiors, the bathrooms, the electrical and water system, heating, interior and exterior fixtures. The water and electricity pipes reach the inner courtyard and the utilities remain to be activated.
It is equipped with a large well/cistern for collecting rainwater.
