The building consists of two two-room apartments: the ground floor apartment has a welcoming living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a service bathroom. The first floor apartment offers a large living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Both apartments are equipped with a column fridge with freezer, while the washing machine is located in the bathroom on the first floor. The hot water is produced by electric boilers, and there is no heating system. Serving the farmhouse, in addition to the large lawn, is a large porch ideal for pleasant breakfasts, convivial lunches and outdoor dinners. In this place you are completely immersed in nature and can enjoy a spectacular 360° view of the surrounding mountains.
The entire farmhouse is available for rent for the period from 01.06.2024 to 30.09.2024 at the price of €5,500 plus expenses. Additional expenses include electricity, water, waste, grass cutting and final cleaning. Please note that linen is not included, with the exception of mattress covers and pillow covers provided by the property.
The house can accommodate a maximum of six people, being equipped with a double bed in the ground floor apartment, a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom of the apartment on the first floor.
