Baita Rapetti

“Baita Rapetti” is located in the ancient village of Isella, a hamlet of Macugnaga in the Anzasca Valley.
The ancient village is perfectly maintained by its inhabitants, from the small church to the wash house, from the old oven in all the 17th century huts make the atmosphere fairy-tale. In August, the feast of the virgin has great emphasis during which old customs are reactivated, the oven is rekindled for cooking bread and other delicacies, then consumed in cheerful company on the tables set up in the large lawn. This typical Walser village has a magnificent view of the Monte Rosa area and its eternal glaciers. from here you can go on both easy and challenging excursions.
you will also find a "quark" farmhouse and a riding school with horses that you can book for walks on the paths.
in this oasis of tranquility "baita rapetti", although small, has everything you need you can wish for:
- the view of Monte Rosa is stupendous and the sunset is breathtaking.

the "rapetti hut" is equipped with:
entrance, large and bright living room with fully functional fireplace, kitchen separated by a pantry cabinet, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom.
completely redone in 2017 including the 'heating system, electrical system and bathroom with new pipes up to the sewer connection.
the village is mainly inhabited by local people and to a small extent by holidaymakers, everyone knows each other, there are no dangers and children can run around freely.
