Farmhouse via Rimembranze, Amelia

Beautiful stone farmhouse completely renovated, surrounded by greenery just an hour from Rome. The farm is located in the "agro" of Amelia, as the countryside was described in the old notarial deeds, about 3 km from Piazza XXI Settembre, the central square of the small city. The part that was previously inhabited by the settler takes place on a single ground level. Upon entering we immediately access the old kitchen of the farmhouse, easily recognizable by the inevitable fireplace which in times gone by served as a kitchen, heating and a place where the family "gathered" in the evening. Now transformed into a large and characteristic living room. the kitchen area is located to the right of the living room, as is the service bathroom. The rooms on this floor are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. During the renovation works, the property created the following in the ancient dovecote tower: on the ground floor a large living room/TV area, adjacent to the dining area and a bedroom or study with an internal mezzanine. From this bedroom/study you can access the balcony which overlooks the living/dining area. Adjacent to the entrance door under a small porch, we find the oven that was previously used by the settler family to bake bread, of course once a week. In the basement, we find the places where the animals were kept and raised, and the cellars, where the fruits of the hard work in the fields were jealously preserved: oil and wine, and that of the processing and conservation of the meat of farmyard animals such as pork. Also in what was the old farmyard of the farmhouse we find a large warehouse with bathroom, and the ancient spring. Part of this space is now used as an orchard and vegetable garden. The farmhouse has 3 ha of land, with around 100 olive trees in production.
