On one of the many Tuscan hills far from time, that we propose a characteristic rural hamlet, just 3km from the city center, which is easily reached along a country road that crosses an area planted with olive trees, up to the entrance of the property, where an avenue of cypress trees leads us to the buildings. he building complex consisting of the farmhouse of 417 square meters, partially restored ,and other rural buildings, is located within a plot of agricultural land of about 7 ha, while another plot of agricultural land of 8 ha owned, is located in the immediate vicinity. The land is partly arable partly wooded and partly olive groves , but due to their chemical nature they are ideal for the growth of white truffles. The farm is provided with electricity, and is served by the public aqueduct, there is also a valuable natural spring of drinking water in the vicinity of the buildings.
Description of the main building
Originally a typical farmhouse with ground floor for agricultural use and first floor reached by the classic single-flight external staircase ,for civil dwelling use.
Recently the building has undergone a partial renovation, it has been split into two residential units ,the renovation involved part of the ground floor and part of the first floor while the remaining part of the building has remained unchanged and needs conservative restoration work.
The renovated housing unit of 140 square meters is composed on the ground floor of large living room kitchen dining room ,bedroom and bathroom, while the first floor reached by internal staircase consists of three bedrooms bathroom and panoramic terrace.
The remaining part of the building characterized by old terracotta floors, floors and roof beams rafters and bricks, has an area of 277 square meters and consists on the ground floor of 6 rooms for agricultural use, while the first floor, reached by the typical external staircase, consists of living room, kitchen, four bedrooms bathroom and terrace.
Overlooking the farmhouse is a masonry building once used for the storage of agricultural equipment, while other degraded buildings ,but whose volumes can be recovered, are scattered all around.The total area of the buildings including the farmhouse is 820 sq m and the volume of mc 2058.
