Wonderful castle built in 1200 with a pool, located just 20 minutes from the historic center of Florence. The castle, covering approximately 900 square meters, is situated near the municipality of Villamagna and represents one of the most significant examples currently preserved among Italian fortified buildings. The property boasts a rich historical heritage, having been the famous residence of several illustrious personalities such as Rinaldo di Maso degli Albizi, the Altoviti family, and other influential figures of the medieval Florentine era.

This majestic property immersed in greenery is perfectly exposed to the south and, thanks to its strategic position, enjoys enchanting panoramic views of the Florence Cathedral and features bright and pleasant spaces. The medieval structure has a "horseshoe" shape and consists of a central body, an east wing, and a west wing, including a medieval tower.
