- a furnished double bedroom, with single bed, equipped with a small terrace (350€)
- a double bedroom, with a double bed, furnished with a large window (350€),
- a single bedroom, with a single bed, with a large window (300€)
The apartment is equipped with a shared bathroom with tub and shower, a storage room/laundry room equipped with toilet, sink/wash room and washing machine, a kitchen with small terrace separated from a large room equipped with sofa, chairs and furniture.
Utilities (electricity and gas) and condominium expenses (heating and water) are excluded.
3 months' rent is required as a deposit.
We are looking for referenced, serious, punctual people, no sublets and no agencies.
