The apartment consists of:
- 4 bedrooms: three large singles and one double with balcony;
- a kitchen area with small balcony;
- two bathrooms with windows: one with shower and one with bathtub.

The property, fully furnished and equipped, is located on the third floor with lift in a quiet and well-inhabited residential building.
Heating centralized with radiators.
The furniture provided for each room consists of a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair.
The photos may contain furnishings from previous tenants.

From September more rooms will be free at the following rates:

single room S2 - €430.00 per month;
single rooms S3 - €420.00 per month;
double room - €560 per month (€280 per bed);

€80 per month per bed is also required to cover: condominium expenses, utilities and wi-fi internet.

Tax-free 4+4 rental contract;
Deposit 3 months deposit;
6 months notice of cancellation.
