We are located in Campo San Lio, a strategic crossroads for reaching the main places of interest in Venice, such as San Marco, Santa Maria Formosa and Rialto, just to name a few. From the field we enter a side street, the buzz completely diminishes as we reach the entrance to the apartment. We are welcomed by a large atrium with a well curtain which immediately makes us feel included in the context of a historic Venetian building. We also find a comfortable and practical warehouse, before walking up the marble steps, which make us appreciate the excellent condition of all the common parts. Having reached the first floor, we cross the entrance threshold: we are immediately struck by the natural light that comes abundantly from the entire first side of the apartment overlooking the canal. We open the windows curiously, to better appreciate the spectacle of the reflections of the sun's rays playing with the water of the canal, letting ourselves be lulled, for a few moments, by the pleasant sound of the gondoliers' oars gently cutting through the water. We continue along the corridor and find the second bedroom, the bathroom and two other rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Finally, we visit the large living room, the eat-in kitchen and the second bathroom, all recently renovated. On leaving, we reconsider the large spaces, the view over the canal, the excellent state of renovation and the strategic position of this property: assets that make it a very attractive solution, in a central area, with modern finishes that however do not take away from its Venetian authenticity. The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city.
