Roma Tiburtina, la seconda stazione ferroviaria della Capitale si può raggiungere a piedi dall'appartamento in solo 16 minuti.
In questo quartiere non mancano le occasioni di svago, cultura, stimolo artistico e scambio interculturale. La piazza centrale di questa zona è caratterizzata da una forma circolare sulla quale convergono vie le vie come Viale delle Province che porta verso la Stazione Tiburtina o Viale XXI Aprile, dove si trova il comando generale della Guardia di Finanza ed il quartiere Nomentano mentre dal lato opposto alla piazza, è collocato il “Policlinico Umberto I” accanto alla sede universitaria “Sapienza”.

Cosy and bright 80 m2 apartment located on the ground floor and newly renovated in the Bologna - Nomentana neighbourhood. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room with kitchenette and a small balcony. The house is ideal for both business stays and short holidays thanks to its location in an area full of services and well connected to the city centre. The metro line B, stop Bologna is only 230 m from the flat and with this line you can reach all the main tourist sights in a few minutes. Roma Tiburtina, the capital's second railway station can be reached on foot from the flat in only 16 minutes.
In this neighbourhood there is no lack of opportunities for recreation, culture, artistic stimulation and intercultural exchange. The central square of this area is characterised by a circular shape on which streets converge, such as Viale delle Province leading to the Tiburtina Station or Viale XXI Aprile, where the general headquarters of the Guardia di Finanza and the Nomentano neighbourhood are located, while on the opposite side of the square is the 'Policlinico Umberto I' next to the 'Sapienza' university campus.
