RGE 215/23 - Lot 1 - Buildings with a courtyard enclosed in an agricultural land owned by the same executed debtor, forming part of a historic farm called Fondo Querceto. With the exception of the residential building (sub 1), for the warehouse with the barn above (sub 2 part) located to the east of the residential building, and for the well (sub 3), which despite being completely renovated are still "in feet”, the remaining two buildings (sub 2 part) have collapsed or semi-collapsed; these are warehouses of which a first building developed on a single level on the ground floor, and a second which was developed on two levels (ground and first floors). The buildings, of ancient and ancient construction, are made of stone and brick with wooden floors. The sub 3 well is functional as it collects water at a great depth. The distance of the buildings from via Campiuno is approximately m. 250 and takes place across a private dirt road, owned by the same debtor who is executed and insistent on cadastral maps 75-76-79, which are not subject to foreclosure and therefore will not be subject to sale. Lot 2 - This is flat agricultural land located close to Via Morine, a road parallel to Via Campiuno, near the intersection with Via Siepi di Campiuno (area cadastrally called “Sgarba”).
Lot 3 - This is agricultural land of a steep and hilly nature for a total of approx. 16,851 cadastral, located close to via Campiuno at numbers 2-3-4-5-6 (land registry area called "Saletto").
