Constraints and pre-emptions
The entire building, called ex Omni, is bound by the Superintendency of Architectural and Landscape Heritage pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 42/2004.
The building has been declared of particularly important interest pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 with an act of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities dated 20 February 2002 rep. 47, transcribed in Parma on 30 May 2002 at no. 7308 reg. part.
The sale of the lot in question is subject to the condition precedent of failure to exercise the right of pre-emption by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and other entitled parties within sixty days of the notification provided for by the art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 42 of 22 January 2004 to be sent to the competent person.
Therefore, lot 103 is subject to the provisions of the paragraph identified with letter O of the conditions of sale of the attached notice.
Occupation status
