Ancient Lombard farmhouse from the 1600s, finely restored on a plot of approximately 1,200 m2, in the evocative context of Scarpizzolo di San Paolo (BS).

The conservative restoration work, started in 2004 and completed in 2017, safeguarded the authenticity of the ancient materials and the original structure, also documented in its Napoleonic and 1930s renovation phases.
