The residence is divided into two floors and has two welcoming rooms bedroom, a rustic open space living room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and a roof terrace to enjoy a breathtaking view, nestled between the village and the lagoon.
Once we cross the entrance threshold, a welcoming and familiar atmosphere envelops us. The large living room, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, seems perfect for spending pleasant moments of relaxation next to the fireplace or in the company of friends and family.
The kitchen is located at the end of the living room, with a beautiful table and well-organized work spaces, where the most daring can try their hand at sophisticated preparations!
The two bedrooms located on the first floor offer a quiet and private refuge to immediately feel home after a fulfilling day at the Lido of Venice. Finally, we linger on the altana, the typical Venetian terrace located on the roof: the view is breathtaking and extends over the roofs of Malamocco and the surrounding waters, a privilege that will enchant those , like us, is in love with Venice.
The Lido of Venice represents the privileged seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily reachable in a few minutes with various lines of public water transport and the entire island can be explored by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course in the Alberoni area, classified among the ten most beautiful and competitive courses in Italy. A few minutes by boat from Venice, the Lido island hosts, among other things, the very famous and exclusive Film Festival.
