Period building from the late eighteenth century built by the Foglia family. The property has a limestone portal leading to the large private courtyard overlooked by the large windows of the two upper floors. Inside the entrance hall is the family coat of arms (a shield supported by two angels with lions rampant at the sides of a fruiting apple tree on which an 8-pointed star shines, symbol of wisdom). The courtyard is equipped with a stone well built into one side of the building and a characteristic ground floor balcony. All around is a completely renovated covered area lacking only finishing touches in which there is an important stone cellar and rooms used as residences (three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and closets). The eighteenth-century staircase has maintained the original stones. The door leading to the staircase is adorned with decorated jambs (to be returned). On the ground floor, a characteristic sign of eighteenth-century buildings, there are rooms used as shops and above the noble residence. In front of the building is a lovely private garden, all enclosed by a characteristic reconstructed stone wall.
