Hi, let me introduce myself: I'm Casa Sinfonia. I turn to you in search of a new partner with whom to create a harmonious and magical living experience. My story begins in the 70s and 80s, in Tavoleto, a fascinating medieval village located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, in the Marche region. My architecture and shapes immediately capture attention. The lush green of the garden that surrounds me blends harmoniously with the yellow of my external walls, recalling the energy of the sun. During hot summer days or sunlit winter days, I release all my energy and sing melodies that mix with the rustling of the leaves of the trees and the chirping of the birds, creating an atmosphere that instills joy and vitality. Passing the entrance door, after the porch ideal for outdoor dining, you will be welcomed by an elegant living room with a warm fireplace and large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Turning to the right, you will find a separate kitchen with access to a large balcony, while on the left, past the corridor, you will find the master bedroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom. You will notice two internal staircases. Yes, because like the notes of a score, I extend across multiple levels. On the upper level (first floor), the wood of the parquet dominates the spaces. On one side, there is a large living room with an adjoining room used as a kitchen and a large panoramic terrace. In the middle of the corridor there is the bathroom, while on the other side there is another double bedroom with a private terrace. It is precisely from these outdoor spaces that we will be able to enjoy the magic of the starry sky together, especially during the night of San Lorenzo, my patron saint. On the lower level, the icing on the cake is my tavern, preceded by a billiard room and a hallway used as a kitchen. Furnished with a fireplace, chairs, tables and a bar area. Until recently, a lot of music played here and I made many people sing and dance.
