Warehouse for Rent

We inform you the general conditions for the rental of the complex described above:
- Development by the Vitali company of the authorization phase for the construction with reference to the technical annexes (drawings and specifications), Works Directorate, Design and Safety Executive Coordination in accordance with the project agreed between the Parties;
- Control of the construction of buildings, as far as is within its competence;
- Construction of the urbanization works of the subservient to the building;
- Fulfilment of contractual obligations or quality standards, if any requested by the City Administration at the expense of the Writer, excluding those related to the specific activity that will be exercised.
Please note that this proposal may be the subject of further study in following evaluations of a technical-economic nature and following in-depth analysis and further indications from Vs. Company.

The following are included in the offer:
- Prefabricated girder structure, fire resistance class RE 120 (h under beam 12 meters);
- Perimeter closure in sandwich panels with thick insulation a minimum of 100 mm;
- Cover made of galvanised trapezoidal sheet and mat insulation in panels with a minimum thickness of 80mm;
- N.40 Standard loading bays equipped with sectional door with manual opening and standard electro-hydraulic loading platform;
- Heating/cooling system for offices, changing rooms and services only;
- Sprinkler system according to UNI EN 12845 with ESFR type sprinklers including pipes, stirrups and regulators;
- Standard industrial flooring carrying 5,000 kg/m2;
- External pavement of asphalt squares.

The following are excluded from the economic offer:
- Fire-fighting cabin, water supply and underground water supply systems for sprinkler alarm control;
- smoke detection and extraction installations,
- loading bays and sectional doors other than those included;
- air conditioning for the warehouse;
- special and specific plants and rooms for production (E.g. Bunker);
- fitout works and interior fittings;
- a photovoltaic system;
- Charging networks and devices for any electric vehicle;
- Average voltage or electrical supplies of more than 200 kw any processing cabins;
- Cells and special floors, if any.

With regard to the economic values expressed above, it is already indicative values that can be further detailed and deepened at the following technical specifications and the relevant metric estimate.
