In the beautiful setting of Pantelleria Island, we present a housing development comprising of four independent housing units, faithfully built following the architectural canons of the “dammusi” – typical building design of the island.

The main body, with the characteristics of the traditional dammuso, is developed on two levels and is made up of three independent housing units.
The apartment on the lower floor is divided into three different spaces: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a large living area with kitchen. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower.
Outside this unit there is a large terrace.
On the same floor there is also a studio apartment, not furnished, with bathroom. The connections for installing a small kitchen area are already present.
The apartment on the upper floor consists of a large living area with a fully furnished kitchen and a living room furnished with sofa, armchairs and dining table. A double bedroom consisting a walk-in closet and attached bathroom with shower. A second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower.
Outside, the unit is completed by a large back terrace with outdoor shower and a small terrace with access from the kitchen area. In the living area there is a pellet stove.

All terraces are covered with traditional “cannizzi” supported by wooden structures.
The structure is equipped with a large underground water tank.
Privacy is guaranteed as the building structures are above street level.

The presence of the annex, separated and independent from the main body, can be used for short-term rentals and therefore constitutes a source of income.

The housing complex is located 4.5 km (7 minutes) from the town of Pantelleria, 2.8 km (5 min) from the airport and near Lake Venere (one of the major attractions of the island) which is only 4.7 km away (7 min).
