The pedestrian and vehicular entrances allow access to the villa and the internal parking spaces.
The villa, which can accommodate up to 12 people, is composed as follows: ground floor with large entrance, triple living room overlooking the furnished patio, kitchen, bedroom with bathroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower; the first floor is accessed via a comfortable internal staircase and houses the sleeping area, where we find 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, overlooking the large terrace. The villa is immersed in a 3000 m2 park with tall trees and plants and a beautiful annex consisting of a small built-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with hydromassage shower and bedroom with 2 sofas/beds.
