Two-room apartment Via Loretta (in a quiet square full of greenery ) of approximately 45m2 interior, renovated in 2018, fully furnished and complete with crockery and cutlery, 2 private gardens with lawn on the front (equipped with table and chairs) and on the back.
4 beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with sofa, table and chairs, LED TV, kitchenette and accessories, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and hairdryer. Internal fans and mosquito nets that open on the French windows.
Price includes:
-Private beach with umbrella, sunbed and deckchairs (also in the front row, if free);
-Energy consumption (water, electricity, gas);
-Place car in private fenced area;
-Initial cleaning;
-Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes);
