Country house Pian del Duca 1, Vesime

In the Langhe of Asti, amidst rolling hills of vineyards and enchanting landscapes, we offer this beautiful rustic house, still stacked as residential, served by a communal road and easily accessible. The property consists of two buildings surrounded by about 35000 square metres of land between arable land/meadows/woodland and served by both private and consortium water and electricity.

On the ground floor of the main body we have two cellars with stone cross vaults.

On the upper floor, with access from an external staircase, we find a large living room with kitchen, a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with adjoining small bathroom.

Also on the upper floor, with external access, is another attic room for storage use.

In a body detached from the house there is a small storage room with a small barn above it of about 35 square metres in total.

The structure of the main house, which is inhabited, is completely in stone, it has wooden single-glazed windows and doors partly in terracotta tiles and partly in marsigliesi.
