The contract has a duration of 6 years plus 6 years with first expiry on 31/10/2029 and annual rent of Euro 120,000.00 (including condominium) plus legal charges up to the third year of the lease and Euro 140,000.00 beyond legal charges from the fourth year of the lease until expiry.
The contract also includes an option to purchase the entire company which can be exercised at the beginning of the third year of the lease for Euro 450,000.00.
The property, with seven shop windows on the street, is located in an excellent commercial position , is clearly visible and has a large kitchen complete with chimney. The company has no problems, the business produces excellent results which can be demonstrated by appropriate preliminary balance sheets and the choice to sell the shares is due exclusively to organizational problems of the current owners who are unable to directly and continuously follow the activity
