The house is located in Via Roma in Ormea and all the shops and services are literally under the house, while the public car park is about 50 meters away.
The house is free from ground to roof and overlooks the main street.
The independent entrance on the ground floor leads to a spacious room where there is currently a kitchen, but which can have different uses such as a study, tavern and storage room, or even a shop as there is a shop window on the facade of the building.
The internal stairwell leads to the upper floors and divides the various rooms.
