Located in La Serra, Lerici, this charming house with garden and sea view belonged to the great Italian designer Vico Magistretti who purchased it and renovated it for himself in the 1990s to make it his retreat by the sea.

The garden, which the property overlooks, has a beautiful sea view and has typical stone walls with aromatic herbs, near which chilling areas and a dining area have been created in the shade of fruit trees.

The house is spread over four levels. On the ground floor, which can be accessed both from the garden and from the town lane, there is the living area which is divided into three rooms adjacent to each other in which we find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
The sleeping area is located on the upper floors; one floor is dedicated to the master area which consists of a large bedroom, a walk-in closet (convertible into a further double bedroom) and a large and bright bathroom with bathtub, shower and balcony with sea view.

The house is immersed in the typical atmosphere of the village of La Serra where we find small bars, restaurants and food outlets. The beaches and the center of Lerici can be reached either fully in about 20 minutes on foot, by car/scooter in less than 5 minutes or by public transport in about 10 minutes.
