Stunning and almost unique large rustic farmhouse surrounded by greenery, located near the municipality of Donato (province of Biella, Piedmont Region), one of the most beautiful and typical of the Elvo Valley, which is located between upper Piedmont and the beginning of the Aosta Valley.

The location is perhaps the best in the area, with a breathtaking view of the Serra Morenica and despite not being too isolated, it guarantees very high independence and privacy and total tranquility. It is easy to access, via a short dirt road accessible by any vehicle, which connects the upper asphalted road to the house below.

The nearest motorway exit coming from Milan is Carisio, in half an hour's drive you can easily reach Donato, located about 750 meters away. in height.

The cottage was completely rebuilt from scratch in 1995, following all building regulations, with the use of absolutely selected materials and companies.

It consists of an area of over 250m2. on three levels, with a private garden of approximately 1800 m2. on 4 sides and a garage of 24 m2, as well as a basement that occupies the area below the garage, with external access, height approximately 1.75 m. , fenced and slightly raised of 200 m2. about.

So, almost all in stone with wooden inserts and beams, antique-style wooden doors, windows with double-glazed wooden shutters and an air chamber. The roof was built with old recycled tiles. Great care was also taken in the floors, all in terracotta on the ground floor, while in wood on the upper floors. In the room, there is a wonderful fireplace with an antique appearance and perfectly inserted into the environment.

The heating system is with LPG boiler and tank, plus two wood stoves and fireplace.

The house is immediately habitable, there are no particular works to be done and it is offered at the interesting price of 330,000 euros which is certainly excellent, unfortunately given the current renovation-restoration costs as well as the costs of materials which have skyrocketed not to mention the timing , which unfortunately make it uneconomical at present to renovate such houses.
