Agricultural land at auction Cava Fondega - via Costa/via Mora, snc, Orero

Excavation rights for three land maps, located in the municipality of Orero (GE), near Via Costa/Via Mora - “Fondega” quarry, with a surface area of 5,100 m2, which represents a significant part of the slate “seam” still potentially extractable . The “Fondega” quarry is located north-west of the town of Orero, along a ridge from which the quarry itself takes its name.The extraction activity involved two distinct "strands": the slate "strand" called "Pilota" and the one called "sop pilot".Based on statistical considerations referring to the average conditions of the slate "seams" in the area, it is possible to consider, mainly depending on the thickness and trend of the "seam", that there are potentially 1.68 m3 of extractable slate for every m2 of extension of the map for the "Pilot strand" and 1.4 m3 of removable slate for every m2 of extension of the map for the "Load above the Pilot".Considering the approximately 4,920 m2 of land on the map that could still be excavated, there would be approximately 15,153 m3 of extractable material.The quarry has been unused for some time and is currently suspended.For further details, consult the attached documentation.Excavation rights:Land (CT): Sheet 7 – Parcels 350, 351, 378For more information contact:Dr. Silvio Canepasilviocanepa@silviocanepa.it328 8457819 - 0185 304171
