Agricultural land at auction Cava Merlino - via Villa, snc, Moconesi

Excavation rights for a map, located in the Municipality of Moconesi (GE), near Via Villa - Cava “Merlino”, with a surface area of 7,690 m2, which represents a significant part of the slate “seam” still potentially extractable. Located near the hamlet of Albareto di Sopra, on the south-eastern side of Monte Albareto at an altitude of approximately 600 m above sea level.The extraction activity involved the slate "seam" called "Grosso", or "Banco Grosso di Orero".Based on statistical considerations referring to the average conditions of the slate "seams" in the area, it is possible to consider, mainly depending on the thickness and trend of the "seam", that there are potentially 2.24 m3 of extractable slate for each m2 of extension of the map.Considering the approximately 6,000 m2 of land on the map which could still be subject to excavation, there would be approximately 13,440 m3 of extractable material.The quarry has been unused for some time and is currently suspended.For further details, consult the attached documentation.Excavation rights:Land (CT): Sheet 4 – Particle 352For more information contact:Dr. Silvio Canepasilviocanepa@silviocanepa.it328 8457819 - 0185 304171
