We are on Migliara 48 about 4km from the center of the small and well-served town of Pontinia, in a countryside area, but in this specific case , bar, tobacconist and supermarket are next door neighbors, yes, they are right under the house!
We are talking about a very busy area and a portion of the farm which for this very reason could meet the needs of most of you, staying immersed in the peace and tranquility of nature, but at the same time if you forget a liter of milk you can leave the house with your slippers and go and buy it.
As soon as you arrive at the property, a driveway gate opens onto the immense park, because due to its size we cannot simply define it as a garden, there is a lot to do, you can see it immediately, but with a minimum of effort, it could become a wonderland, you can immediately imagine the barbecue area, or the area where you can put a large swimming pool and spend days in the company of your loved ones, there is certainly no lack of space. Through the typical staircase of farmhouses, we enter the house, where you can breathe the air of the past, everything has been well preserved and left as it was originally, in fact a part of the house, even if it requires a visible renovation, can be lived in immediately.
At the entrance we find the eat-in kitchen, the classic dining room with a bathroom and two bedrooms, which by size we can define as doubles. To complete the house we have 3 other rooms which are currently not used.
