Single-family detached house via Mottone , 2, Antrona Schieranco

In Località Locasca, just 2 km from the town of Antronapiana and the Valle Antrona Natural Park, we rent a detached house with a small garden available immediately until the end of October 2024.
The price for the months of May, June, September and October is Euro 600 per month (expenses excluded), while for the months of July and August it is Euro 750 per month (expenses excluded).
The house is on two levels plus a non-habitable attic. On the first floor, with access from an external staircase, we find an entrance hallway, living room, semi-habitable kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with tub and balcony. On the ground floor there are two large closets, a boiler room with laundry and shower, a further small closet at the back of the house, a small passage where it is possible to park the car and a small garden.
The house is located in a quiet position and in a few minutes by car you can reach the lakes of Antrona, Campliccioli and Cheggio and many paths start within the Natural Park.
