the property has a large external square and private greenery and a large covered veranda, located at the entrance to the house. alongside a group of trulli on one side and some lamia on the other side, which are not included in the location and which will remain closed and unused. therefore the villa still remains independent. inside a large living room of over 50 m2. very bright, a kitchen complete with furnishings (which leads to a closed veranda). from the kitchen, through a hallway, you enter the bathroom. The living room, near the entrance, is accessed via an open staircase to the 1st floor where the sleeping area was created. here is a small room for a single bed, a comfortable bed room, a small bathroom with shower, another bed room. From this area there is access to a large terrace overlooking Locorotondo and the Itria Valley. almost all rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
