The farmhouse intended for guests or used as a vacation home, stands right in front of the large swimming pool. On the first floor there is a living room with panoramic views and wood stove, a large covered terrace where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors and enjoy the landscape, as well as two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has a large terrace and panoramic views. The property is completed by the pool, with salt water and heated, equipped with a thermal towel to prevent the water from getting cold at night, and a meticulously maintained outdoor area with plants and flowers of the area.

The property is located in the municipality of Città di Castello (Umbria), but a few kilometers from Tuscany. In a hilly position, very panoramic and in the midst of blooming nature, it is convenient to reach by a short stretch of unpaved road. It is only 4 km from the nearest town for essential supplies.
