In the historic centre, just a few minutes from Viale San Martino and Piazza Cairoli, we offer for STUDENTS only TWO comfortable and bright rooms in a large, recently refurbished apartment, located on the 5th floor served by a lift, with bathroom with box shower and washing machine, and kitchen with a large panoramic view of the city which makes the environment very bright. The rooms, equipped with every comfort, each include a modern single and a half container bed with a new mattress, a desk with chair, a wardrobe and other furniture useful for storing any personal effects and are air-conditioned with new heat pump air conditioners. /Freddo.
The kitchen, completely new, is complete with fridge, dishes and everything necessary to make it usable immediately, including a TV and an extendable table if necessary, and is equipped with air conditioning.
The rental fee includes tari and condominium fee while electricity and gas utilities are excluded. The apartment enjoys a very central and convenient location, close to the University of Law/Economics and the Court. A stone's throw away we can find commercial activities of all kinds, clothing stores, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, takeaways, etc. as well as the bus stop to be able to easily move from one side of the city to the other and within a few minutes' walk it is possible to reach by tram to the P.zza Cairoli stop, from which it is possible to reach, for example, the University POLICLINICO in just 15 minutes, while in 30 minutes it is possible to reach the Papardo crossroads using the "SHUTTLE 100" bus.
