AUCTION SALE of a real estate complex used as a hotel consisting of n. 8 (eight) real estate units with adjoining parking areas.
The first body (used as a shop but used as a home) consists of a single room on the ground floor with bathroom, a staircase leading to the first floor which also consists of a single room.
The second body, registered as an economic dwelling, is however in the most recently filed municipal projects also intended for use as a shop, and currently forms 3 units used separately:
on the ground floor, a part annexed to part of body 1 the aforementioned is used as a small home however without a regular kitchen but housed in the storage room without the presence of people; still on the ground floor, a part is used as a room with bathroom and for temporary use; the third portion is located on the first floor and was annexed, as the 8th room, to the Hotel. The fifth body is a portion of uncovered area of approx. 43 cadastral which at the time of the inspections appeared to be used as a quick parking point for cars also because it was located close to a third-party building. At the south-eastern end of the lot, partly on the border with the Lambro, there are the last n. 3 bodies, of which n. 7 used as a hotel car park and nos. 6 and 8 as a passage area for internal vehicular traffic on the lot.
