We are located in Laconia, a residential area of Cannigione, in a strategic position between Palau and the Costa Smeralda. The center of Cannigione is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot along a beautiful promenade along the sea. Near the house there are two restaurants, the nautical club which organizes sailing and surfing courses and the pier from which the boats leave for the tour of the La Maddalena Archipelago.
