Cabin Strada Comunale San Martino, Civo

Located at 1050 m above sea level, this splendid stone cabin, free on three sides, offers a unique experience of mountain life. Distributed on two levels, on the ground floor there are two rooms used for woodshed and property access. On the first floor, accessible via a staircase, we find a large habitable room divided into a living area with kitchenette and fireplace, sleeping area with 4 beds, bathroom and a panoramic terrace from which to admire the surrounding landscape. Equipped with modern comforts, the chalet is heated by a fireplace and a stove, ensuring a cozy and warm atmosphere during the coldest days. Furthermore, solar panels guarantee a sustainable and ecological source of electricity.
The hut is 300 m from the car park, reachable along a characteristic path between woods and meadows.
