The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, furthermore there is a wonderful partly paved garden, where guests have at their disposal a comfortable table with chairs and a barbecue to enjoy the warm summer evenings. In the consortium there are children's playgrounds and adjacent to it all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias and transport stops. The property is in excellent internal condition. A security deposit is required which will be returned at the end of the stay after an agency representative has verified the state of the property. The costs for utilities and cleaning are €100. The stay is from Saturday to Saturday with entry arriving at 12 and leaving at 10 to allow the cleaning and sanitization of the rooms. From receipt of the deposit to be agreed at the time of booking, the stay will be considered confirmed. The balance must be paid a maximum of 1 week before the start of the rental. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Weekly bookings of 2 weeks cannot be the central ones.
