The property is in good internal condition, is located in the center of Torvajanica and is within walking distance of everything, bars, restaurants, equipped beach, etc.
There is a security deposit of €300.00 which will be returned at the end of the stay after an agency representative has verified the state of the property. The costs for utilities and cleaning are €100. The stay is from Saturday to Saturday with entry arriving at 12 and leaving at 10 to allow the cleaning and sanitization of the rooms. Once the deposit of €300 has been received, the booking will be considered confirmed. The balance must be paid a maximum of 1 week before the start of the stay.
