In Montalto Marche, important historical village located on the hillside of the Aso Valley, is a beautiful building built all'incasato of the Historical Center. The building originates from a careful restoration work structure, made of an ancient artifact, which has consolidated the structure and returned to the original beauty of the facades. The interior is to be finished even if the status of the restructuring is very advanced.
The building is on three levels, each of 120 square meters, with entrance from Via Cardinal Sacconi, where the basement is fully intended to rustic. Here the rooms still retain evidence of the old structure, especially in areas close to the hillside, where you can admire the imposing supporting arches. On the first floor there are four rooms: a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a study. The hall is connected to an external loggia which allows the views of the old town. Upstairs are six rooms, including a living room and a large bathroom. Here the facing once again the historical center, it allows you to extend the view beyond the level of the surrounding rooftops, slipping towards southeast to the sea. On the opposite side it lies the main entrance is one of the pluses of the offer. The door, in fact, opens onto a wonderful public courtyard recently renovated. The foreshortening is enchanting: a sort of small amphitheater in two levels, completely covered in stone, is the basis of an underlying overlooking Piazza Sisto V. Here is one level higher than the roof of the imposing Cathedral and the view opens from north to south along the entire horizon line of the coast until you see the outline of the Gran Sasso of Italy.
The building is a bargain. The property is suitable as a private residence, it can be divided into two smaller apartments through two entrances, or be destined to small accommodation business. The privileged location and integration to an urban context completely retrained make the building absolutely fine.
